1) Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Syltherraca ("Syltherraca," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively referred to as the "Services").

14) Termination

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable within that province, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services, unless otherwise mandated by applicable local consumer protection legislation.
